STPI-Vijayawada was established in April 2001, with an objective to promote Software exports from Vijayawada region and to support IT/ITES companies for growth through implement STP/EHTP Scheme, Providing Data communication Services to IT companies & Educational institutes, manage infrastructure facilities and other services like technology assessment and professional training etc.

STPI Warangal which is under STPI-Hyderabad directorate was established in the year 2001. Started Datacom Operations from the campus of National Institute of Technology (N.I.T.) (formerly Regional Engineering Collage), by offering High speed Internet services to IT/ITES industry and educational institutions.

एसटीपीआई-सूरत ने आईटी उद्योग के प्रचार और विकास एवं आईटी क्षेत्र में निवेश आकर्षित करने के उद्देश्य से अगस्त 2016 में अपना परिचालन शुरू किया जो अंततः सूरत क्षेत्र में आईटी और आईटीईएस सेवाओं के निर्यात को बढ़ाएगा। गुजरात सरकार ने भेस्तन, सूरत शहर में चार एकड़ भूमि में इमारत प्रदान करके एसटीपीआई को सहयोग प्रदान किया।

आईटी / आईटीईएस के क्षेत्र में उद्यमियों को बढ़ावा देने और प्रेरित करने के लिए, एसटीपीआई सूरत ने 19392 Sft. में अत्याधुनिक इनक्यूबेशन सुविधा कुल 106 बैठने की क्षमता वाला स्थान प्लग-एन-प्ले मॉडल के साथ बनाई है जो स्टार्ट-अप और एसएमई को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए है।
