Q1. Who can apply for the Incubation facility at STPI-Gandhinagar?
Startups, MSMEs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and multinational companies, who are into innovative Technology / Services, are eligible for availing the Incubation facility. Proposal from prospective Incubatees will be analyzed and examined on various parameters. Incubation seats shall be allotted on first come first serve basis subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

The company needs to submit the hardcopies of the following documents to STPI, , before executing the License agreement.

- PAN Card of Company
- MSME Certificate
- MSA/Export Order/ Purchase Order/Contract/SOW, if any
- Banker’s Certificate
Q4. What is the License Term for availing the Incubation facility at STPI?
The license term is initially for a period of 11 months and shall be renewable for an additional term of 11 months or such other time as STPI may deem fit.
