Procedure to apply for Incubation Services

Any Startups, MSMEs, aspiring entrepreneurs, and multinational companies, who are into innovative Technology / Services and willing to apply for incubation/ Co-Working/ Shared Work space may submit hard copies/ send scanned copy of the application form along with all supporting documents to STPI Gandhinagar by Hand/ By Post/ By Email. All documents should be duly sealed and signed by the authorized Signatory of the Company/ Firm.

List of supporting documents required to be submitted along with Incubation Application Form:

  • Executive Summary- Click here for detail
  • GST Registration of Applicant Firm
  • PAN Card of Applicant Firm
  • Bank Certificate having bank A/c details of Applicant Firm.
  • MSA/Export Order/ Purchase Order/Contract/SOW, if any
  • IEC & MSME Certificate, if any

Approval process:

After analyzing the application form and supporting documents received from the unit, the analyzed proposal shall be placed before the advisory board who shall thereafter decide to offer the space to applicant. The advisory board will examine the proposal on various parameters. In case of more than one applicant, the incubations space will be allotted on first come first serve basis subject to fulfill the eligibility criteria, assessment of Advisory Board and availability of seats.
