Greetings!
We intend to provide a right to use our software to customers located outside India for which we will be charging a license fee on a monthly/ yearly basis. For the sake of clarity, please note that we are not exporting any software but only providing a facility for our customers to use our Software (Software-as-a-Service). We will not be receiving any royalty for the same since we are not selling the software.
We request you to kindly let us know if still filing of Softex would still be mandatory or not.
